Currently nomming and exploring tumblr.
This salad is killer. I heated some prosciutto in a pan till crispy, then patted it dry on a paper towel and tore it up. Fried an egg till runny in the same pan you heated the prosciutto in. Then just made a salad with spring mixed greens, a tomato and half an avocado. Drizzle the whole thing with balsamic vinegar, put the egg on top and crack into the runny goodness. OM NOM NOM NOM.
